Premier Events maintains an in-house capability for design and production of detailed site maps for events which can be printed on our oversize printer, up to 42" wide. Maps can be layered and color coded to depict many different aspects of an event site such as fencing, vendor placement, concessions, etc.

In addition to the production of the event site map, we can also use the knowledge gained during this process to assist in the placement of festival elements such as concessions or sponsors based on anticipated traffic patterns apparent from the layout.

Multiple copies of the map can be output for use by event staff and subcontractors at a fraction of the cost of using an outside design or architectural firm. These maps are also useful in the permit applications phase and in orientations for volunteers, sponsors, or subcontractors.
